Follow our adventure over the alps

On September 9, 2023, the 18th DYNAFIT Transalpine Run powered by Volkswagen R (TAR) will set off on a seven-day journey across the Alps, starting in Lech am Arlberg in Austria, travelling through Switzerland, and finishing in Prad am Stilfserjoch in South Tyrol.

In total, there are 268 kilometers and 15,330 meters of altitude to be covered

In addition to the physical challenge, the Transalpine run is also a mental test, as runners have to maintain a high level of intensity over several days and cope with the difficult weather conditions in the Alps.

In addition, food and water can be difficult to find during the race, so runners need to be well prepared and carry sufficient supplies.

Despite all the challenges, the Transalpine run is one of the most prestigious running events in the world, and many runners around the world dream of taking part and finishing.

About us

We are two dads who like to train and live well, we work hard with good discipline in whatever we do. The most important thing is to have fun at the same time.

Mikael Strand

42. Wife and 2 children. One dog and 3 cats. Works as a

firefighter, runs his own business in construction and repairs. I enjoy exercise and movement in general. Crossfit cycling and ball sports have been predominant in recent years. Stubborn as hell.

Cihan Artblom

I work in IT and the rest of the time training and family time is at the top of my list. If you would like to know more please don't hesitate to get in touch.
